Welcome to Anime Shopie. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.animeshopie.com) and your purchase of products. By placing an order with Anime Shopie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
Eligibility: You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By ordering, you confirm you are eligible.
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an error is identified. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled by customers, except as provided in our Returns Policy.
Pricing and Taxes: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST). We will display the total price (including shipping and taxes) at checkout. In case of obvious pricing errors, we may contact you to reconfirm or cancel the order.
Payment Terms: Anime Shopie accepts prepaid payments only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store or retain your payment information on our site. Your transaction and payment information is handled entirely by the payment gateway, which adheres to industry standards for security.
Shipping: We ship only to India at present. Shipping is managed by Delhivery and Blue Dart with standard delivery timelines of 7–10 business days from dispatch. (See our Shipping Policy below for details.)
Product Warranty and Condition: All products are sold “as is” without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. Anime Shopie expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make every effort to display product images accurately; however, actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor display and lighting. Such minor color variations do not constitute defects.
Returns and Exchanges: Anime Shopie has a strict no-return/no-exchange policy except for defective products (see our Returns and Refund Policy below). We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong decision, or other reasons.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anime Shopie is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or purchase of products. Your sole remedy for a defective product is the return/exchange process as described in our Returns Policy.
Intellectual Property: All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned or licensed by Anime Shopie. You may not reproduce or use any materials from the Site without permission.
Customer Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (name, address, email, phone number, etc.) when ordering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account details and for all activities under your account. Anime Shopie will not be responsible for errors in shipping due to incorrect address or contact information.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
