Fabric: 100% cotton with 180 GSM for lightweight comfort.
Fit: Perfect unisex regular fit – your go-to everyday tee.
Our premium T-Shirts are made from 180 GSM super combed bio-washed fabric, featuring double-stitched seams and a ribbed neck. We guarantee that your customers will love the benchmark quality of our T-Shirts.
The fabric is pre-shrunk and has a regular fit, ensuring excellent colorfastness. Specially designed for Direct-to-Garment printing.
Melange colors are made from a 90% cotton and 10% melange mix.
Design Guidelines
Max Printable Area (Width x Height)
Make sure your design fits within the allowed print size for each area:
- Front: 14 x 16 inches
- Back: 14 x 16 inches
- Pockets: 4 x 4 inches
Ensure your artwork stays within these dimensions for best results.
Design Format Requirements
To ensure high-quality prints, please follow these file guidelines:
- Accepted File Types: PNG or JPEG
- Resolution: 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) for clear, sharp prints
Note: Trim any extra white space or background around your design before uploading
Printing Charges
DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Printing Pricing
We offer high-quality DTG printing for both color and white garments. The cost is calculated based on the print area (in square inches), with a minimum charge applied to each print.
Color T-shirt
Rate: ₹0.75 per square inch
Minimum Charge: ₹100
GST: 5%
Example:
Design size: 5 x 5 inches = 25 sq. inches
Cost = 25 x ₹0.75 = ₹18.75 → Below minimum, so charged ₹100
GST = ₹5
Total = ₹105
White T-shirt
Rate: ₹0.50 per square inch
Minimum Charge: ₹50
GST: 5%
Example:
Design size: 5 x 5 inches = 25 sq. inches
Cost = 25 x ₹0.50 = ₹12.50 → Below minimum, so charged ₹50
GST = ₹2.50
Total = ₹52.50

Wash Care
Care: Wash inside-out in cold water, dry on low heat. Flip it inside out before ironing
Washing
Machine wash inside-out in cold water, gentle cycle with mild detergent & similar colors.
Bleaching
Employ non-chlorine bleach solely when it is essential.
Drying
Tumble dry low or hang-dry in shade for the longest life.
Ironing
Iron inside-out. Do not iron on decoration.
