Defective Products Only: Anime Shopie does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind. We accept returns only if a product is defective on delivery. Defect means a functional fault or damage present at the time of delivery, not arising from customer misuse. Slight variations in color or appearance (due to photography or screen display) are not considered defects.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof of the defect. Please email info@animeshopie.com with your Order ID, a description of the defect, and a clear unboxing video showing the issue immediately as you open the package (this is mandatory to verify the defect). We will only accept returns for defective items verified by video evidence.
Non-Eligible Items:Â Returns are not allowed for non-defective items, damaged after delivery, or if you simply do not like the product. Items missing original packaging or tags (where applicable) will not be accepted.
Return Approval:Â Once we confirm the defect, we will instruct you on the return process. You may be asked to ship the item back at our cost, or we may arrange a pickup. Anime Shopie reserves the right to deny a return if the defect is not clear or the video evidence is insufficient.
Refund Process: For approved returns, we will process a refund or replacement (your choice, if available). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will comply with RBI guidelines for refundsindialaw.inindialaw.in. Expect refunds to be completed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
No Warranty:Â Aside from defect-related returns, all sales are final. No additional warranties or guarantees are provided on products.
