At Animeshopie.com, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out and you may need to return an item. That’s why we offer a return policy to ensure that our customers can shop with confidence.
To be eligible for a return / refund, all items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return. Please follow the instruction given below
To initiate a return / refund, you must contact us within 5 days of the original purchase date. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return / refund.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping. We recommend using a reputable shipping company with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do our best to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality, but if you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue for you.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and then we will contact you and tell you how to send your item to us for exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
